Brief Summary

The Hyde Building is designed externally to match the high-end corporate appearance of its neighbour, The Herbert Building. Internally, however it provides entirely self-contained single storey office units from as small as 89 sq.m. to as large as 320 sq.m. The only common areas in the building are the entrance halls, the fire escapes, the elevators, the controlled access private shower and locker rooms and the central corridors. The units are finished to a high-end corporate specification including air conditioning and have secure basement car parking.

The Hyde Building creates a visually striking office space whose floor plates will evolve with workforce expansions and minimise energy expenses.

The external facades to the building are faced in polished reconstituted concrete panels with a high performance double glazed curtain wall system and integrated panels of opaque glass.

Openable windows allow occupants to control their internal environment and high quality louvres on all elevations provide adequate shading. Walls and roofs are insulated to a high standard.

Office suites can be accessed via 3 entrances. The main entrance is designed to impress, opening onto a lobby with 5-storey high atrium. Two secondary side entrances with glazed facades link people directly into the main corridor and the basememt car park. The main atrium is covered with a naturally ventilated glass roof allowing the space to flood with natural daylight. The building design afoords a light-filled contemporary working space ideal for cellular and / or open plan layouts.

Ease of access

Prominently visible from the M50 South, The Park Carrickmines is immediately accessed via Exit 15. Ringing the city and linking to Ireland's primary national roads, the M50 motorway makes it easy to reach The Park from anywhere in the country, Dublin's Airport and Ports included.

Dublin Bus operates regular services to Carrickmines from the city centre. The LUAS Green B1 tramline stops at Ballyogan Wood which is directly outside The Park. 

Secure car parking is provided immediately adjacent to the building in the basement car park. The landscaped podium finishes consists of soft landscaping, seatet areas and hard landscaping. External lighting and signage is also incorporated. Elliptical opes in the podium slab serve the dual purpose of providing light and ventilation to the basement car park.
